He received the gold pen in Benin, awarded by the Federation of Associations of Writers, People of Letters and Assimilated of Benin (FAEGLA-BENIN) for his invaluable contribution to the cultural development of Benin, in general, and to that of literature in particular.

Better known by his initials LAHA, this culture enthusiast leads a large group called GROUP LAHA whose activities are divided into three branches, namely LAHA PRODUCTIONS (production of phonographic and cinematographic works), LAHA EDITIONS (publishing house of the group) and NGO ASRO (Social Aid and Reintegration of the Forgotten) which deals with social and humanitarian issues.
